The plain-English terms behind our prices. Last updated 18 October 2026.
Fees and tax
Our prices are on our pricing page and are fixed fees. You pay the price shown for your country when we send the invoice. Ad budgets are not part of our fee: you pay them directly to Google or Meta.
Prices exclude GST/VAT. ATAVORA invoices from Vietnam. Business customers in Australia and the UK are not charged GST/VAT by us; your accountant can tell you if you need to account for it. US clients: we provide a W-8BEN-E.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans run month to month. To stop, give us 30 days' notice by replying to any email or invoice we have sent you. There is no exit fee.
Google Ads management, Meta Ads management and All-in have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month. There is no setup fee on ads.
First-month promise
If you are not happy after the first month of any monthly plan, reply to any email or invoice we have sent you before your second month starts. We stop straight away and you do not pay the rest of the minimum term.
Marketing Diagnosis
The Diagnosis is a one-off purchase, paid in advance by invoice. If we do not send your written plan within 5 business days of the call, you get 100% of the fee back; to claim, reply to your booking email. If you start working with us within 30 days of the Diagnosis, the fee is credited to your first invoice. The plan is yours either way.
Websites
- Each website includes 2 rounds of revisions before handover.
- For 30 days after handover we fix any fault free of charge. To claim, reply to your handover email with the page and what is wrong.
- Your domain and accounts are registered in your name. You own your website content and the finished site.
- Hosting is included in our Care plans. If you leave, we hand over the files within 5 business days and help you move for free.
All-in: buying out the website
The website becomes yours after 12 months of All-in. If you leave sooner, you can buy it outright for the Website Starter price minus A$190 for every month already paid. The remaining balance is printed on every invoice.
Your accounts
Your domain, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta business portfolio and analytics are set up in your name. We are added as a manager, and you can remove our access at any time.
No guaranteed results
We promise the work, the deadlines and honest reporting. We cannot guarantee a number of customers, a ranking on Google or a mention in AI answers, because those depend on your market, prices and service as well. Nothing is published or launched without your approval.
What we need from you
Access to your Google profile and website (or permission to create them in your name), and someone who answers calls and booking messages promptly. If a delay on your side holds up the work, delivery dates move by the same amount.
