What we collect through our forms, why, where it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 18 October 2026.

Who we are

ATAVORA is a small team in Vietnam led by Hai Pham. We provide websites, local search and advertising management for small businesses in Australia, the UK and the US. We decide how and why the data described here is used, so we are the controller of it.

What our forms collect

When you send the Free Leak Check or Marketing Diagnosis form we collect:

  • your business name and your website or Google Maps link;
  • your first name and email address;
  • your country;
  • on the Diagnosis form only, what you most want more of and your preferred time for a call;
  • the page you submitted from and any campaign tags in the link you used (for example a utm_source tag).

We do not ask for passwords, card numbers or any other sensitive details. The Leak Check uses only public information about your business.

Why we use it

We use it to reply to you, to prepare and send the report or plan you asked for, and to arrange a call and an invoice if you book a Diagnosis. We send at most one follow-up email after a Leak Check. If you become a client we will also email you about the work. You can unsubscribe from any email.

Legal bases (UK GDPR and similar laws)

  • Consent: you tick a box on the form before we contact you by email. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Legitimate interests: keeping a record of requests, preventing misuse of our forms and measuring which pages work, in a way that should not override your rights.
  • Contract: if you become a client, we use your details to deliver and invoice the work.

Where your data is kept, and who else sees it

  • Form details are stored in our own Mautic system, which runs on our own server.
  • Google Analytics 4 measures visits to this site. It uses cookies and reports on how pages are used.
  • Cloudflare sits in front of this site to protect it and make it load faster, so it handles web traffic on our behalf.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.

International transfers

We work from Vietnam and our clients are in Australia, the UK, the US and elsewhere, so your details are handled outside your own country. We take reasonable steps to keep them secure, and we only keep what we need.

How long we keep it

We keep form details for 24 months after your last contact with us, then delete them. Client records and invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To make any other request, use the form on our Free Leak Check page and write "privacy request" in the business name field, and say in the website field what you want us to do. We reply within 1 business day and act on your request within 30 days.

If you are in the UK, EU, Australia or elsewhere with a data protection regulator, you also have the right to complain to it.

Changes

If we change how we use your data we will update this page and its date. Last updated 18 October 2026.
