Free Leak Check
How we work

Know what happens next, at every step

Diagnose, Build, Run. Each step has a fixed price, a clear handover and a point where you can stop, without losing anything you've paid for.

Goes to the Marketing Diagnosis page: what's included, the price and how to book.

"I asked why there wasn't any tangible information"

"I asked why there wasn't any tangible information, and what we can expect moving forward, but I didn't really get a response."

Most complaints we read weren't about price. They were about not knowing what was being done, not being able to measure it and not being able to leave. So the method below is built around 3 questions you should be able to answer at any time: what are they doing, what did it bring in, and what do I own?

The method

3 steps. Each one ends with something you keep.

Diagnose

What we do: look at how customers find you today: your Google listing, your position on the map near your customers, your website, the ads you run, and the path from search to booking.

What you do: send your business name and Google Maps link. For the paid Diagnosis, answer 8 short questions beforehand, join a 45-minute video call with Hai Pham, and give view access to any accounts you already have. The Diagnosis is prepaid by invoice.

What you get: the free Leak Check (one page: what's working and the biggest leak), or the paid Marketing Diagnosis (a written plan within 5 business days of the call: what to do, how much work, what it costs, and what you can do yourself). The Leak Check is emailed within 3 business days and also checks whether AI assistants mention you. If you start working with us within 30 days of the Diagnosis, its fee is credited to your first invoice.

What you approve: nothing. You decide afterwards, with the plan in hand.

Build

What we do: fix the foundations once. Depending on the plan: website (a static site by default; WordPress if you want to write blog posts yourself), Google Business Profile setup (included in Local Visibility), call and booking tracking, a landing page for ads.

What you do: give us your real menu, prices and photos, and create (or let us create in your name) the accounts we need.

What you get: a working site and profile, live on your domain, with tracking that counts clicks on Call and Book.

What you approve: the page plan before we design, the design before we build, and the finished site before it goes live. Nothing is published without your yes. Websites include 2 rounds of revisions before handover, then 30 days after handover in which we fix any fault free of charge.

Time: 2 weeks for a Website Starter and 4 weeks for Growth, counted from the 30-minute content call and receiving your logins.

Run

What we do: monthly work on a fixed fee: updates and backups, Google profile posts and review replies, service pages, ad management, depending on your plan.

What you do: reply to customers, tell us about price or menu changes, and ask your customers for reviews (we give you the wording).

What you get: a monthly report in calls, bookings and enquiries, plus what we did and what's next.

What you approve: any new ad, any budget change, anything posted under your name.

The rules

The 5 ATAVORA rules, as they appear in our terms

RuleWhat it means in practice
1. One person answers for your accountYou have one named lead and one place to send requests: the contact form. We reply within 1 business day. If your lead changes, we tell you in writing first.
2. We finish the jobA website isn't handed over until the booking or call button works and is being counted. A Google profile isn't "done" until hours, services and photos are complete.
3. Prices on the page, fixed fees, you own everythingYou pay the price on our pricing page. Monthly plans: 30 days' notice to stop. Google Ads, Meta Ads and All-in: 3-month minimum, then month to month, with no setup fee. If you're not happy after the first month of a monthly plan, reply to any email or invoice we have sent you before your second month starts and we stop straight away. Domain, website, Google profile, ad accounts and analytics are in your name; we hold manager access only. Hosting is included in Care; if you leave we hand over the files and help you move for free.
4. We report in calls, bookings and enquiriesEvery monthly report starts with those numbers, or says plainly that something can't be counted yet, and why.
5. Diagnose first, spend secondWe don't quote monthly work before we've looked. If you don't need us for something, the plan says so.
The first 2 weeks

Your first 2 weeks on a Build plan

This is the actual sequence, not a promise of results.

  1. Day 1. You send the menu, prices, photos and account access, and we hold a 30-minute content call. We check what already exists so nothing gets rebuilt for nothing.
  2. Within the 2 weeks (Starter) or 4 weeks (Growth). You get the page plan and the first design to approve.
  3. Preview. We build, connect booking and call tracking, and send you a preview link on your own domain. You review it within 5 business days, with 2 rounds of revisions.
  4. Launch. You approve, it goes live, and tracking starts counting.

The old way of briefing an agency, waiting, then finding the site went live without the booking link is what this sequence is built to avoid. The short version: look, agree, build, count.

Reporting

What's in a monthly report

  1. Counted results first. Calls from your Google profile and website, clicks on Book, enquiry forms, each with the source we can see.
  2. What we did this month, in plain words.
  3. What we'll do next month, and anything we need from you.
  4. What we can't count yet, and what it would take to count it.

We don't lead with likes, impressions or "reach". If those numbers appear, they're at the bottom and labelled.

Is there a catch?

What we need from you, and what we can't do

  • Admin access to your Google Business Profile and website (or permission to create them in your name).
  • Someone at your business who answers calls and booking messages the same day.
  • For ads: an ad budget paid directly to Google or Meta, at least £750 a month for Google Ads and £450 for Meta. Below that we'll suggest Local Visibility first.
  • We can't guarantee a number of customers, a ranking, or a mention in AI answers.
  • We don't post or launch anything until you approve it.

Common questions

Where is your team?

ATAVORA is a small team in Vietnam led by Hai Pham. We work during Australian business hours; for UK and US clients most work happens while you sleep, and calls are booked in your morning. Hai Pham leads each account. Nobody on the team is based in Australia, the UK or the US.

Do I have to go through all 3 steps?

No. You can stop after the Diagnosis with the plan in hand, or after Build with a finished site. Run is optional and month to month.

How do I cancel a monthly plan?

Reply to any email or invoice with 30 days' notice. Google Ads, Meta Ads and All-in have a 3-month minimum. No exit fee, and nothing to hand back because everything is already in your name; the domain stays in your name and we help you move out for free. If you're not happy after the first month, reply to any email or invoice we have sent you before your second month starts and we stop straight away.

Who owns the accounts and the website?

You. They're created under your email, or moved to it before handover. We keep manager access only while you're a client.

What if I already have a website or a Google profile?

We start from what you have. The Diagnosis says what to keep, what to fix and what to replace, and replacing is never the default.

How quickly do you reply?

Within 1 business day.

Do prices include GST or VAT?

Prices exclude GST/VAT. ATAVORA invoices from Vietnam. Business customers in Australia and the UK are not charged GST/VAT by us; your accountant can tell you if you need to account for it. US clients: we provide a W-8BEN-E.
