Google My Business management that turns "near me" searches into calls, without handing over your profile

Google has since renamed Google My Business to Google Business Profile; it's the same listing that shows on Maps with your hours, photos and reviews. Even if you've never logged in to yours, we can get it complete, active and accurate, and you stay the owner.

Included in Local Visibility from US$390 a month, with the full profile setup included.

A one-page report from public data: what your Google profile is missing, where its Website button leads, and where you show up on Maps around your business. Free.

The listing most customers see first, and most owners never check

For a small local business, the Google profile is often seen before the website, and sometimes instead of it.

Even when there is a profile, the details drift. In one study of 10,000 local businesses, only 55.58% of ChatGPT's answers fully matched the business's real Google profile data. Wrong hours on Google become wrong hours everywhere.

The reason it slips is rarely laziness:

"I'm a one man band ... I'm constantly at the unit trying to earn an honest living ... getting time to sit in front of a computer for hours creating online content is tough."

3 steps to a profile that works while you do

Check

The Leak Check shows what's missing and what's wrong on your profile today. You stop wondering why a competitor's listing looks busier.

Set up

We complete every field: categories, services, products, hours (including public holidays), photos, booking or quote link, and the Website button pointed at the right page. You no longer have a half-finished listing.

Run

Every week a post or new photos, a reply to every new review, and a check for unwanted edits. Every month, the numbers. You don't have to log in.

No one needs your Google password, no reviews are bought, and you don't have to post every day yourself.

A complete, accurate profile, so Google and AI tools read the right details

  • Categories and services. Chosen against the businesses that show up around you, with every service listed.
  • Hours, including holidays. Updated before each public holiday, so nobody drives to a closed shop.
  • Booking or quote link. Straight to your booking page, or to the right service page for quotes.
  • The Website button. Pointed at the page that matches what most people want, with tracking so we can count clicks.
  • Consistent details. Name, address and phone matching your website and the main directories.

An active profile, without you posting every week

  • 4 posts a month. Offers, new services, seasonal reminders, written for you to approve.
  • 4 new photos every month. From photos you send from your phone. We edit and name them; we never use stock photos to pretend they're your premises.
  • Questions and messages watched. Unanswered questions on your listing get flagged to you, or answered with your approval.

Reviews, handled properly: no gating, no fakes, no gifts for good ratings

  • A reply to every review within 2 business days, in your voice. Bad reviews get a calm, specific reply, not an argument.
  • A simple way to ask. A short review link, a counter QR code and an after-visit message. Every customer gets asked the same way.
  • Within the law. Australia's ACCC, the US FTC rule on consumer reviews (16 CFR Part 465) and the UK's DMCC Act 2024 all ban fake reviews; the ACCC names SEO firms that deliver fake reviews as misleading, and the UK rule bans supplying fake reviews as a service. We never write, buy or filter reviews.

Watched for changes, so a stranger's edit doesn't move your shop

  • Suggested edits. Anyone can suggest a change to a Google listing. We check for unwanted edits and correct them.
  • Suspension risk. We keep the profile within Google's guidelines (real name, real address or service area, no keyword stuffing in the business name).

Prices in: US$ · A$ · £. Prices exclude GST/VAT. ATAVORA invoices from Vietnam. Business customers in Australia and the UK are not charged GST/VAT by us; your accountant can tell you if you need to account for it. US clients: we provide a W-8BEN-E. No setup fee. If you're not happy after the first month, email us before your second month starts and we stop straight away. See all our prices in one place.

Is there a catch?

Yes. There are parts only you can do:

  • verify the profile if Google asks (codes and video checks go to the owner, not to us),
  • add us as a Manager from your account (we send a 2-minute guide),
  • send a few photos a month, and ask customers for reviews using the kit.

What we can't do: remove a genuine bad review. We can report reviews that break Google's policy and reply to the rest; Google decides.

Nothing is posted on your profile without your approval in the first month.

What you own: the profile, always

  • You stay the Primary Owner of your Google Business Profile. We're added as a Manager and you can remove us in one click.
  • We never ask for your Google password.
  • Photos, posts and replies stay on your profile if you leave.
  • The review link and QR code point to your profile, not to a tool we control.

Leaving: 30 days' notice. We remove ourselves as Manager and send you a list of what we set up.

How we report: calls, direction requests and bookings

  • Calls from the profile. From Google's own Performance report for your listing.
  • Direction requests and website clicks. Also from Google's Performance report.
  • Bookings. Clicks on the booking link and on Book buttons on your site (GA4). GA4 counts the click through to your booking platform, not the completed booking; your booking platform's report shows completed ones, if you share it.
  • Reviews. New reviews, average rating and replies sent.
  • What we did. Posts, photos, fixes.

Google changes what its Performance report shows from time to time. When a number disappears or changes definition, we tell you rather than quietly swapping it.

Who does the work

Hai Pham, founder, is your contact and is accountable. ATAVORA is a small team in Vietnam led by Hai Pham. We work during Australian business hours; for UK and US clients most work happens while you sleep, and calls are booked in your morning. Posts and replies go out in your business hours. Questions about Google My Business management

Is Google My Business the same as Google Business Profile?

Yes. Google renamed Google My Business to Google Business Profile. Same listing, same Maps result, new name. Many people still search for the old name.

Do I need a shopfront to have a profile?

No. If you travel to customers (trades, mobile services), we set the profile up around the areas you serve rather than inventing an address.

Can you get me more reviews?

We make asking easy and consistent; your customers decide whether to leave one. We never buy, write or filter reviews, and we don't offer gifts only for good ratings. Those are banned in Australia, the UK and the US.

Can you remove my bad reviews?

Only Google can remove a review, and only if it breaks Google's policy (spam, conflict of interest, offensive content). We report those. For the rest, a good reply often matters more to the next customer than the review itself.

My profile was suspended. Can you help?

Often, yes: suspensions usually come from details that don't match Google's guidelines. We find the cause and help you file the reinstatement request from your account. We can't promise Google's decision.

How much does Google Business Profile management cost?

Published prices in Australia run from about AUD 99 to 400 a month per profile; in the UK, local and profile packages start from £99, with £299 in the middle; one US provider lists USD 264 a month. Ours is inside Local Visibility at US$390 a month, which also covers profile setup, local SEO, reviews and the AI search check.

Does this help with ChatGPT and Google's AI answers?

It seems to. Studies of local businesses found that being named by AI tools goes with having many reviews and an accurate profile, though they show a link, not proof. See AI search optimisation.

If you're in the UK or the US, what do I pay?

The profile works the same way in all three countries. UK prices are in pounds, US in dollars, set per market. Prices exclude GST/VAT. ATAVORA invoices from Vietnam. Business customers in Australia and the UK are not charged GST/VAT by us; your accountant can tell you if you need to account for it. US clients: we provide a W-8BEN-E. In the UK, the DMCC Act 2024 bans fake reviews and hidden incentives; in the US, the FTC rule does the same and allows general invitations to all buyers to leave a review. Our review kit is a general invitation to every customer, which fits both.
