Free Leak Check
Google Ads management for small businesses

Google Ads you can count in calls and bookings, without a 12-month lock-in

A fixed monthly fee, never a percentage of your ad spend. The ad account is in your name and stays yours. And if your budget is too small for ads to pay off, we'll tell you that before you spend a cent.

Free. We look at the ads you run now, where they send people, and how easy it is to call or book you. Built from public data, no login needed.

Sound familiar?

You paid for ads. Did the phone ring?

What small business owners wrote after paying someone to run their ads (quoted as written, names removed):

"We paid thousands of dollars ... but we did not receive any measurable results or even a single new phone call from the campaign."

Business owner, US, Ripoff Report (source)

"I was paying [US$2,500] a month in agency fees plus 8% of the ad spend. Six months in I hadn't seen a damn thing except empty promises and constant delays."

Business owner, US, Reddit

"I'd paid £2,500 and had received a grand total of about 500 words in a Google Doc. No strategy, no live ads, no leads"

Business owner, UK, Trustpilot

Three places small-business Google Ads usually leak

  • The click lands somewhere you can't book. An ad sends people to a social profile or a slow home page, and they leave before they find a phone number or a Book button.
  • Nobody counts the calls. If calls, form enquiries and Book-button clicks aren't tracked, the report can only show clicks and impressions. That's how "good numbers" and an empty diary happen at the same time.
  • The fee grows with your spend. When the agency earns a percentage of your budget, "spend more" is always the advice.
How we work

5 rules we put in writing before you pay anything

  1. Fixed fee, never a cut of your spend. Our fee doesn't rise when your Google spend rises, so we have no reason to push your budget up. Our fixed fee covers ad spend up to £3,500 a month; above that, we agree a new fixed fee in writing first.
  2. Your account, in your name. The Google Ads account is opened under your email and paid with your card. We're added as a manager. Remove us any time and everything stays with you.
  3. Budget first. Before any work, we ask what you can spend each month. If ads won't pay off at that level, we say so.
  4. Reports in calls and bookings. Every month: what Google charged you, how many calls, enquiries and Book-button clicks came from ads, and what we changed.
  5. No setup fee, no 12-month lock-in. There's a 3-month minimum, then it's month to month with 30 days' notice. If you're not happy after the first month, email us before your second month starts and we stop straight away; you don't pay the rest of the minimum.

The full list is on how we work.

The first question we ask

What can you spend with Google each month?

Google Ads costs two things: what you pay Google for clicks, and what you pay someone to run it. Small budgets get squeezed by the second one.

Here's the maths with our own fee. If you spend A$300 a month on clicks and pay us A$749 a month to manage it, about 71% of your money goes to us, not to Google. That's rarely a good deal for you. That's why we ask for at least £750 a month in ad spend: at A$1,500 our fee is about a third of what you pay in total.

So we work it out with you first:

  • We look up what clicks cost for your trade and area in Google's own planning tool, before you commit to anything.
  • If your budget is below £750 a month, we'll tell you to start with Local Visibility (your Google Business Profile and local SEO). Those keep working without a daily ad spend.
  • If ads do make sense, you'll see the plan, the expected cost per click range and what we'll count as a result before anything goes live.
What's included

Set up properly once, then looked after every week

Month 1 setup (included, no setup fee): tracking first, then the campaign

We build what gets measured before we build what gets clicked.

  • Call and enquiry tracking. Calls from ads, form sends and Book-button clicks counted in Google Ads and GA4.
  • Search campaign. Keywords grouped by the jobs you actually want, with a negative list so you don't pay for "free", "DIY" or "jobs" searches.
  • Ads written for your customers. Up to 15 headlines and 4 descriptions per ad, using the words your customers use.
  • Landing page check. We check the page each ad sends people to, on a phone. If it can't take a call or a booking in a few taps, we tell you before we spend your money on it.
  • Built paused. Every campaign is created paused. It goes live only after you approve it.

Nothing runs until you've seen it and said yes.

Every week: cut waste, test one thing

The first weeks are about learning what works in your area. After that, the job is steady and boring, which is good.

  • Search terms review. We read the actual searches that triggered your ads and block the ones that aren't customers.
  • Budget and bids. Spend moved towards the searches and hours that bring calls.
  • One test at a time. We change one thing per test, so we know what made the difference.
  • Plain-English monthly report. One page: Google's charges, calls, enquiries, Book-button clicks, what we changed and what's next.

You always know what you paid for and what it brought in.

Two ways to work with us, with prices on the page

Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google, on your own card. Our fee is separate, fixed, and shown as its own line on every invoice. There is no setup fee; instead there's a 3-month minimum.

What others charge for managing Google Ads

What stays yours if you leave tomorrow

  • The Google Ads account, its history and its billing

  • All ad copy, keyword lists and negative lists
  • Any landing page we build for you

When you leave, you remove our access. There's nothing to hand back and nothing to buy back.

One honest note: GA4 counts clicks on your Book button, not finished bookings. To know how many became real customers, we'll ask you to check your booking system, or ask new customers how they found you.

Expect the first 2 weeks to be a learning period. We won't call anything a win or a failure that early.

Is there a catch?

Yes, a few things you need on your side:

  • An ad budget, paid by you to Google on your own card. It's separate from our fee.
  • A page people can act on: a phone number that's answered in business hours, or a booking or quote form. If you don't have one, we can build it, but that's a separate job.
  • Someone to answer the phone. Ads can't help if the call rings out.
  • Patience for the first weeks while Google learns your area.

What we can't do: promise a number of leads, calls or bookings. Nobody honest can. What we promise is the work list above, done every week, and a report you can check.

Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Who you'll deal with

One named lead, Hai Pham, who answers for your account from start to finish. ATAVORA is a small team in Vietnam led by Hai Pham. We work during Australian business hours; for UK and US clients most work happens while you sleep, and calls are booked in your morning. The team builds the tracking, the campaigns and the reports. You'll find the report waiting in your morning. More about ATAVORA.

Questions owners ask

Do you take a percentage of my ad spend?
No. Our fee is fixed and doesn't change with what you spend with Google, up to £3,500 a month in ad spend. Above that we'd quote a new fixed fee, in writing, before anything changes. It's listed on its own line on every invoice, separate from what Google charges you.
What's the smallest budget worth running?
Our minimum is £750 a month in ad spend. It also depends on what clicks cost for your trade and area, which we look up before you commit. Below the minimum we'll advise starting with Local Visibility (your Google Business Profile and local SEO), because our fee would eat most of your money.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. It's opened under your email and billed to your card, and we're added as a manager. You can see everything, and you can remove our access any time. Ask and we'll give you your customer ID straight away.
Is there a contract?
There is no setup fee. Google Ads management and All-in have a 3-month minimum, written next to the price, then go month to month with 30 days' notice. If you're not happy after the first month, email us before your second month starts and we stop straight away; you don't pay the rest of the minimum.
Can you guarantee leads or the top spot on Google?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Results depend on your market, your offer and your budget. What we commit to is the work: the weekly checks, the monthly report, and an honest answer when something isn't working.
Your team is in Vietnam. How does that work day to day?
You deal with one named lead who answers for your account. The team builds and checks the campaigns. ATAVORA is a small team in Vietnam led by Hai Pham. We work during Australian business hours; for UK and US clients most work happens while you sleep, and calls are booked in your morning.
I'm in the UK. Anything different?
Prices are in pounds. Many UK agencies call this "PPC management"; it's the same service. Prices exclude VAT. ATAVORA invoices from Vietnam, and business customers in the UK are not charged VAT by us; your accountant can tell you if you need to account for it.
I'm in the US. Anything different?
Prices are in US dollars. Some states tax advertising or digital services, for example Washington has taxed advertising services since 1 October 2025, so check with your accountant. We provide a W-8BEN-E. Most of our work happens overnight your time.
