Is there a catch?
No payment and no call. The report is yours to use however you like, including with another agency. If you'd like help afterwards, the report ends with one link to our paid Marketing Diagnosis. We send one follow-up email at most; if you don't reply, we won't chase you again.
We prepare up to 10 Leak Checks a week, because each one is done by a person and takes about 45 minutes. If the week is full, we tell you and your request goes into the next one.

Where is your team?
The report is prepared by our team in Vietnam and checked by Hai Pham, who leads ATAVORA. We look at your business the way a customer near you sees it, using location-based checks rather than our own location.
Do you need my passwords or logins?
No. Everything in the Leak Check comes from public information: Google Maps, your Google listing, your website, and Google's and Meta's public ad libraries.
Will I be signed up to anything or locked into a contract?
No. Sending the form doesn't sign you up to a plan. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.
Who owns the report?
You do. Share it with your staff, your web person or another agency.
What if I don't have a website?
That's fine. We check your Google listing, map position and booking path. Many businesses get most of their bookings without a website, and the report says so if that's true for you.
Do you work with businesses outside Australia?
Yes, in the UK and the US too. The Leak Check is the same; only later prices and tax notes differ.
Is it really free? What about GST or VAT?
Yes, free. No invoice, so no GST or VAT.
