Hai Pham (Phạm Hải), founder
Hai Pham leads ATAVORA. From 2012 to 2019 he was a project development director on large resort and residential developments in Vietnam, where the work started with market research and ended with briefing the marketing and sales teams. He has worked in online marketing since 2015, full time since 2019, and has built more than 120 websites. From 2021 to 2025 he taught online marketing to business owners, and many of them still could not put it into practice on their own, so he now does the work alongside them.

ATAVORA is a small team in Vietnam led by Hai Pham. We work during Australian business hours; for UK and US clients most work happens while you sleep, and calls are booked in your morning. Designers, developers, writers and ad specialists build the websites, set up the Google profiles and tracking, make the ad creatives and do the monthly work.
3 reasons we put "Vietnam" on the front page
- You should know who's doing the work. Some agencies look local and send the work offshore without saying. When owners find out later, the trust is gone. We'd rather you decide with the facts.
- It's the reason for our price. Salaries and office costs in Vietnam are lower than in Sydney, London or Chicago. That's where the saving comes from, not from skipping steps. Our prices are on our pricing page so you can compare.
- The hours work for you. Australia: Vietnam is 3 to 4 hours behind Sydney and 1 hour behind Perth, so we share most of your working day. UK: we're 6 to 7 hours ahead, so a request you send in the afternoon is often being worked on before you start the next day. US: we're 11 to 12 hours ahead of New York, so much of the work happens overnight your time and calls are booked in your morning.
What we won't do, even if you ask
- Write or buy reviews, or only ask happy customers for one. It's against Google's rules and the law in all 3 countries.
- Promise a ranking, a number of customers or a mention in ChatGPT. Nobody can promise those honestly.
- Keep your accounts in our name. Your domain, website, Google profile and ad accounts belong to you.
- Pretend to have an office in your city. We don't, so we don't build city pages that suggest we do.
- Show client names or results without written permission. That's why there are no client logos on this site yet.

Where is your team?

Is there anyone in Australia, the UK or the US?
No. Nobody on the team is based in Australia, the UK or the US. We work fully online: video calls, email and shared documents. If that ever changes we'll update this page.
Will my account be handed to someone different every few months?
No. You have one named lead. If that ever changes, you're told in writing first.
How do you invoice an overseas client?
In your currency (AUD, GBP or USD), by invoice, paid before the work starts for one-off items such as the Diagnosis. Prices exclude GST/VAT. ATAVORA invoices from Vietnam. Business customers in Australia and the UK are not charged GST/VAT by us; your accountant can tell you if you need to account for it. US clients: we provide a W-8BEN-E.
Who owns what I pay for?
You do: domain, website, Google profile, ad accounts and analytics, all under your email.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans: 30 days' notice. Google Ads, Meta Ads and All-in have a 3-month minimum, then month to month. If you're not happy after the first month of a monthly plan, reply to any email or invoice we have sent you before your second month starts; we stop straight away and you don't pay the rest of the minimum term.
